SwipeBye ("we," "our," or "the app") is built with your privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it's handled.
None. SwipeBye does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or any third-party SDKs that gather information about you.
SwipeBye requests access to your photo library so it can display your photos for you to review. This access is used entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server, never shared with any third party, and never leave your iPhone.
When you choose to delete photos in the app, those deletions are handled by Apple's standard Photos framework. Deleted photos go to the "Recently Deleted" album in your Photos app for 30 days, where you can recover them if needed.
Any data SwipeBye saves about your progress (such as which photos you have reviewed) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData. This data never leaves your device.
SwipeBye does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
If we ever update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
